Solution: Test Your Credentials to Refresh Categories
Follow these steps to ensure that your categories are properly synced:

Access Your Credentials

Navigate to the Overview Page for your connected store (Shopify, BigCommerce, or WooCommerce) within Spark Shipping.

Test Your Credentials

Locate the section where your store credentials are listed.

Click on the Test Credentials button.

This will trigger a job that re-syncs your categories and makes them available for selection.

Wait for Synchronization

The sync process may take a few minutes. Once completed, your missing categories should now be available on your catalog to push from.
