Once you ensure products and orders are synced between your store and Spark Shipping, it is time to start setting up your vendors.
By vendors, we mean your suppliers, manufacturers, warehouses, or internal warehouses. Any party you want to send orders to or update inventory can be called a vendor.
We have a list of pre-built integrations that you can select from. These are vendor integrations built on the backend of Spark Shipping and can be used immediately/ no further setup is needed. We recommend that you start using the 'Test' connection mode to ensure the vendor approves the order format and then switch to 'Live' mode after you get the vendor's approval.
- To create a vendor, go to Vendors > scroll down to find the 'Custom Integrations' > select the vendor you want to add and click 'Add Vendor.'
- Now that the vendor is created, you can refresh your browser and find the vendor in your Vendors list.
- Click on the vendor name to move to the Vendor Page > Follow the instructions on How to Connect to that vendor.
Once the vendor is created, it's time to map your SKUs. We recommend that you start by mapping only a few SKUs to use for testing and map the rest of your SKUs when you're ready to go Live.
Our list of pre-built integrations is growing every day, and you can check it out here: https://sparkshipping.com/integrations
