Yes. Spark Shipping can pull tracking numbers from users’ UPS and FedEx Accounts.
Some credentials are needed to complete this setup. Here is how you can do it:
- On the Custom Vendors page go to Update Tracking Settings. On Pre-Built Vendor pages, go to Advanced > Update Tracking Settings.
- Create a New Tracking File.
- Select ‘Carrier’ from the Tracking file method dropdown list.
- Select the Carrier and proceed with filling out the following fields.

Fedex
Spark Shipping needs the following info to successfully pull the tracking data from your FedEx account:
- FedEx API Key
- FedEx API Password
- FedEx Account Number
- FedEx Meter Number
- FedEx Shipment Account Number
Also, in Fedex, order numbers as labeled as PURCHASE_ORDER, CUSTOMER_REFERENCE, or SHIPPER_REFERENCE. Spark Shipping needs to have this specified under the settings in order to match it with an order number in the system.

UPS
Spark Shipping needs the following info to successfully pull the tracking data from your UPS account:
- UPS User ID
- UPS Password
- UPS License Key
- UPS Subscription Name
- UPS Shipper Number

Spark Shipping will match the order number by searching all reference fields in the shipment information.
