To ensure your Spark Shipping account is set up quickly and accurately, we recommend gathering technical documentation from your vendors or suppliers before you sign up.
Please reach out to your vendors and request the following information:

Automated Order Fulfillment: What methods do you support for receiving orders automatically (e.g., API, EDI, Email, or FTP)? Do you have technical documentation or a connection guide available?

Inventory Feed: How do you provide inventory updates (e.g., a hosted CSV/XML file or an API)? Please provide the documentation for accessing this feed.

Shipment Tracking: What method do you use to provide tracking data once an order has shipped? Do you have documentation for automating these tracking updates?
