What's the difference between packs and bundles? In Spark Shipping, a bundle is a single SKU in your store that includes multiple vendor SKUs. Think of it as products that are sold in kits, like bundles of wheels and tires or a dining set with chairs and a table. On the other hand, a pack is a single SKU in your store that represents multiple quantities of the same item. For example, a protein shake that is sold in a pack of 6 or 12. It is one SKU mapped to one vendor SKU.
You can set up packs in two ways: through bulk upload or one pack at a time. To set up packs via bulk upload, prepare a CSV file with three columns: Product SKU, Vendor SKU, and Pack Quantity. Then, set up the template in Spark Shipping to upload the pack quantities. For built-in vendors, go to the vendor's page, click on Advanced, and select New Inventory Update. For custom vendors, go to the vendor's page, click on Overview, and select New Inventory Update. Set the strategy to Manual Upload, choose CSV as the file type, upload your file as a sample, and create the inventory. Finally, map the columns in Spark Shipping to the columns from your file (Vendor SKU to Vendor SKU, Product SKU to Product SKU, and Package Quantity to Pack Qty), and click "Update Inventory" at the bottom of the page. Go back to the vendor's page and upload the inventory.
Alternatively, you can set up packs one by one. Find the product under "Products," click on the SKU, scroll down to find the Edit button, enter the desired package quantity for the product, and click "Update." The product should now be labeled with the pack quantity.
