Best Practices
To ensure a smooth data transfer and keep your store organized, follow these guidelines:

Go Slow: We recommend "pushing" products incrementally—ideally one brand at a time. Pushing too much data at once can cause organizational issues on your website.

Verify Your Identifier: Double-check that you have your desired identifier selected before pushing; this will serve as your SKU.

Check Product Templates: Ensure the correct Product Template is selected in the dropdown to apply your custom formatting. Product Templates are only available in Growth and Premium subscriptions.

AI Descriptions & Titles: If you plan to use this, ensure the feature is enabled in your settings and you have entered your custom prompts if desired. For a step-by-step setup guide, see our article on AI-Generated Product Data

Categorize Carefully: If you are pushing items to a specific category in your store, verify that all products selected for that bulk push are intended for that category.

Are you unable to see products for a vendor that doesn't support product photos? To view these items, ensure you uncheck the "Hide Products/Missing Photos" checkbox in your settings.More about that here:
