How do I cancel my account?

For security purposes, accounts cannot be canceled by phone or email. All cancellations must be made in the Spark Shipping portal.

We’re sad to see you go. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to improve your experience with Spark Shipping. 

You can cancel the service anytime and won’t be charged again, but you are responsible for any charges already incurred.

If you decide to cancel, please go to your Spark Shipping Profile Page and cancel your account.

Your cancellation will be processed within 24 hours.
