How do I read my invoice?
Your Spark Shipping invoices are fully automated and use prorated billing. When you upgrade or change your plan, Spark Shipping uses prorated billing to ensure you are only charged for the time you actually use each plan. This means we calculate the unused portion of your current plan and apply that as a credit toward your new plan, then charge you only for the remaining time at the new plan’s rate. As a result, you won’t be double-billed or lose any value from your previous subscription, everything is adjusted automatically to reflect your exact usage period.
