How to Resolve Product Insert Errors
Learn how to identify and resolve "Insert Errors" to ensure your products sync successfully with your site.
Finding Insert Errors
From the Reports section, you can view a comprehensive list of all current products flagged with insert errors.

Resolving Insert Errors
Method 1: Individual Product Updates To resolve errors for specific products, review the Error Description provided in the report and make the necessary adjustments to the product details.

Once you click Update on a product, Spark Shipping will automatically reattempt to push the data to your site.
Method 2: Bulk Repush If no changes are required on the individual product level (e.g., the error was caused by a temporary connection timeout), you can reattempt to push multiple products at once:

Navigate to Vendor > Maintenance.

Select Repush Products to Site.

Confirm the action to retry pushing all products currently marked with errors.

Method 3: Return to Vendor Catalog
If you prefer not to push the errored products to your site, you can move them out of the error report and back into the vendor’s product catalog.

Navigate to your Site > Maintenance

Choose the option to Return Products to Catalog.

This action returns ALL products with Insert Errors to their respective vendors catalog.
