How to Get Turn14 Credentials

To connect to Turn14

1. Login to your Turn14 Dealer’s Portal
2. Go to Settings & Data -> API
3. Under Integration Partners -> Select Spark Shipping
4. In the API Credentials copy Client ID and Client Secret then enter both on Spark Shipping -> Turn14 -> Credentials 
   
5. Test Connect to confirm Spark Shipping is able to valid your credentials
6. Once connected, Spark Shipping will download the Turn14 product catalog
   1. For the first catalog update Spark Shipping will make several passes go download product descriptions, high resolution photos, etc.
   2. The first update will take 6-8 hours to complete. Future updates are much faster.
