How to purge vendors & default vendor
What does purging do?
The purge process helps you clean up products in Spark Shipping that no longer exist in your store (e.g., Shopify, BigCommerce, eBay, etc.). If you’ve removed products from your sales channel but they still appear in Spark Shipping, running a purge ensures those deleted products are also removed from Spark.
Important: Purging only affects products that have been removed from your store. It will not delete anything currently live on your store.
Purging Default Vendor
To purge the default vendor you'll simply want to head over to the default vendor from your vendors page.
At the bottom of the default vendor page you'll find a purge button available.
Purging Vendors
To purge vendors you'll simply want to visit any vendor that you'd like to purge (you can do this for all of the vendors) and afterwards visit that vendors maintenance page.
Afterwards just select the purge button and you'll be all set.
Please give a prompt amount of time for products to purge. This depends on the total products attributed to the vendors you're purging from. The purge button should reflect the completion status but in general you can expect purges to take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour and greater depending on total products pushed/mapped from your vendor.
