How to return products to the catalog after they were pushed
Sometimes products are pushed to the shopping cart incorrectly and must be returned to the catalog.
To return pushed products to the catalog, follow these steps
- Delete the products from the shopping cart
- Vendor -> Maintenance -> Purge Deleted Products
- This process will check that all products for your vendor exist in your shopping cart, then remove deleted products from Spark Shipping. The run time varies greatly based on the number of products mapped to the vendor.
- Confirm the Purge process is complete and the deleted products have been removed from
Vendor -> Products - Vendor -> Maintenance -> Run Catalog Now
