I haven't used the service. Can I get a refund? 

Our billing system is fully automated to ensure accuracy, transparency and fairness to all users. Each subscription plan includes a set number of sites, orders processed, products, and vendors. If additional services or resources are used beyond what’s included in your plan, the system automatically calculates and bills for any overages to keep everything running smoothly.

Our service is billed on a monthly subscription basis rather than by usage and can be canceled or paused at anytime. This means that once a billing cycle begins, the charge covers access to the platform, resources, included services and add-ons (processed orders, added vendors and products included) for that full month—regardless of how much the service is used during that time.

Because of this structure, we’re not able to offer refunds for periods of non-use. That said, we’re always here to help you get the most out of your Spark Shipping subscription.
