Channel Integrations
Logging - Jobs
Spark Shipping keeps a Site log that includes the past 3 days of log data. This can be found by going to the Dashboard and on the bottom right of the page you'll find a link to the Site Log.
The Site Log is great for diagnosing issues but in the cases where you want to know details about a specific vendor, this log tends to include too much data.
To fix this, we've created Vendor Jobs. Each time inventory, catalog or tracking updates are run, a job is created. Each line of the log is grouped into a job. When trying to find an issue related to a specific vendor update, this can be easily found in the Job log.
Jobs can be found in different places, both under a particular Vendor's page.
Prebuilt Vendor Integrations: Go to the vendor page and find the Jobs option at the bottom of the navigation menu.
