- Try reprocessing the order manually a few minutes later by clicking on the "Reprocess" button.
- If the error persists, contact the vendor directly and let them know you're experiencing connection issues when sending the order.
Unable to create Ship To Address - Invalid Ship To
This is typically caused by an invalid or improperly formatted address.

If the error continues, contact McKesson support to identify validation requirements.
OrderRejectedInvalidSku
This error occurs when Spark Shipping tries to submit an order to the vendor, but the vendor's system does not recognize the SKU provided.
- Check if the SKU is mapped correctly in Spark Shipping.
- If everything it correct, contact Kroll support with your account number and the SKU to verify why it was rejected.
400 Bad Request - "telephone" is required
This error usually occurs when submitting a shipping address to a vendor that requires a phone number, and the
telephone
field is either missing or set to null
