Users can choose to be in control of which orders to process to their vendors by putting them on-hold in Spark Shipping. Orders will sync into Spark Shipping from the selling channel and immediately put on-hold.
Users can enable this option in their site settings:
Go to Sites > click on the name of the site > Order on Hold Rules > enable "Default Orders to On Hold"
Orders will sync into Spark Shipping and the fulfillment status will be set to 'on hold'
To quickly review orders and process them without having to go into each order's page, navigate to Reports > Orders On Hold:
