Channel Integrations
Place Orders On-Hold and Process them On-Demand
Users can choose to be in control of which orders to process to their vendors by putting them on-hold in Spark Shipping. Orders will sync into Spark Shipping from the selling channel and immediately put on-hold.
Users can enable this option in their site settings. Go to Sites > click on the name of the site > Edit > Default Orders to On-Hold
Orders will sync into Spark Shipping and put on-hold:
To quickly review orders and process them without having to go into each order's page, navigate to Reports > Orders On Hold:
