Push Tracking Updates from Shipstation into Spark Shipping
If the tracking updates didn’t sync into Spark Shipping automatically from ShipStation, you can manually resend them. Go to Shipstation and follow these steps:
- Go to Shipments > Recent
- Check the box next to orders you want to resend the tracking for, and click 'Notify Marketplace(s)’
