Users can reauthenticate their Shopify from the site credentials page located here:
Navigate to the "Sites" section, select the desired site name, go to "Credentials," and then click on "Connect to Shopify."
You will be asked to update Spark Shipping access permissions, just click 'Update':
Once this step is complete, return to your Spark Shipping site settings > Credentials > Test Connection.
