SKU Mapping - Single

Manually link individual products to specific vendors for automated fulfillment and updates on pricing and inventory

Follow these steps to map an individual product to a vendor within Spark Shipping:

  1. Navigate to Products: Go to the Products section in the main navigation menu.

  2. Select the SKU: Find the product you wish to map and click directly on the product's SKU.

  3. Enter Edit Mode: On the individual product page, click the blue Edit button located at the bottom left.


  4. Assign the Vendor: Locate the Vendor dropdown menu. Switch the selection from Default Vendor (unmapped) to your desired vendor.

  5. Enter Vendor SKU: In the SKU field, enter the Vendor's SKU or the unique identifier (e.g., Part Number) that your vendor requires for fulfillment.
  6. Save Changes: Click the blue Update Product button at the very bottom left to save your changes.

  7. Result: Your product is now successfully mapped to the correct vendor.

Important Notes

  • Vendor SKU Purpose: Spark Shipping uses the Vendor SKU specifically for sending automated orders to vendors and for retrieving accurate inventory and price updates.
