This article explains the process to register new product categories in Spark Shipping to ensure they sync properly with your store.

To add or sync newly created product categories in your store into Spark Shipping, follow these steps:

  1. Access Your Store's Credentials Page:

    • Log in to your Spark Shipping account.
    • Navigate to the credentials page for your store.

  2. Test Your Credentials:

    • On the credentials page, look for the option to test your store's credentials.
    • Click the test button to initiate the process.

  3. Wait for Sync:

    • After testing the credentials, wait approximately 5-10 minutes for the new categories to pull into Spark Shipping.
    • Once the sync is complete, the new categories should be available within the Spark Shipping platform.
