Turn 14 Distribution has an optional “CARB acknowledgement” that you can provide when you place orders. This acknowledgement applies to parts shipping to CARB states (i.e. California) when the following criteria exists:
-
The product does not have a CARB EO number
-
The product is not known to be CARB rejected
-
The product is part of a category of products that is typically evaluated by CARB for legality.
If you do not want these products sold to California residents, you should not send an acknowledgment.
If you do want these products sold to California residents, you should send an acknowledgement.
Products that are rejected by CARB can never be sold to California residents. Conversely, products that have CARB EO numbers can always be sold to California residents. These two situations are unaffected by the CARB acknowledgment.
