No access to the endpoint

Solution
 
This error indicates that your Turn14 API account is not fully set up. 
 
To resolve this error, log in to turn14.com and then go to the "API Settings" page ( https://turn14.com/api_settings.php).   Scroll down to the "Integration Partners" section.
 
Check the checkbox next to Spark Shipping.  You then need to hit "Save" once the check box is checked.
 
Finally, click the "Request Production Access" button and agree to the terms. This action can only be completed by an administrator from your company.  
 
Once you agree to terms, it'll change to saying that you have access to our production and testing servers, and there will be check boxes visible for multiple endpoints.
 
Spark Shipping now has the proper access to pull product data, inventory, pricing, and more.
