On a Vendor SKU you can find the last time the vendor changed the stock for this item.
How it works
This will not be updated every time inventory runs. For example:
- The vendor's stock was changed at Monday 10 am to a quantity of 9 units
- The stock updated at will be Monday at 9 am
- Inventory updates run for the next 3 days, but the stock remains at 9 units
- The stock updated at will be Monday at 9 am
- The vendor's stock was changed at Thursday 2 pm to a quantity of 5 units
- The stock updated at will be Thursday at 5 pm
How to read this value
There are 3 options you may find here
- Last Change Recent (within the past week) - The stock for most products may not change each hour, but this will show you that there has been a recent update to this value
- Last Change Not Recent (more than 1 month ago) - This shows that stock was updated for this product, but there has not been a recent update. This may indicate that the vendor has discontinued this product.
- Last Change Never -
- Product was recently mapped - If the product was recently mapped, there may not have been any stock changes just yet.
- Incorrect Vendor SKU - If the product was mapped for a while but the stock has not been updated, there is a good chance the vendor SKU is incorrect.
- Action: Update this to the correct vendor SKU
