This article contains tips on setting up your Western Power Sports Vendor.
Define a default phone number:
- Your customer's WPS order will fail if it does not have a phone number
- Unfortunately, many sales platforms do not require a phone number
- To address this setup a default phone number; Spark Shipping will hard-code this number into the order if the customer did not provide one; we suggest you use your business phone number for this
1. Click on the Vendors menu
2. Click on Western Power Sports
3. Click on Options
4. Scroll to the Default Phone Number field and enter a phone number
5. Save your changes and you are all set
