If you are using Spark Shipping to sell on ebay, it is critical that you have the correct settings in Spark, so these are sent over to ebay correctly. This article will discuss how to get started with ebay settings and what each field does.
-To access these settings, navigate to your ebay site settings.
-Click "Default Product Options".
-Make sure "country" and "currency" are correctly set to your locale.
Item Location Zip code: This is the zip code that will show up in ebay on where you are shipping the item from. Take this under consideration if you are dropshipping.
Example: if you use a zip code of "71105", the item will show to ship from Shreveport, LA.
Maximum number of business days required to dispatch an item: This will set your ebay fulfillment time on the item. If you set it to "3" business days, be sure you can ship the item out by then, or you will get dinged by ebay for a late order shipment.
Shipping Service Cost: What cost (if any) do you want to charge the customer for shipping?
Maximum Item Count: What's the max threshold you want to set as the quantity of these items? Remember, ebay has limits on how many items you can list at a time before they start charging you.
Listing Duration: GTC-means good until cancelled; if not using this then pick the # of days from the dropdown window
Payment Method: Pick how you are setup with ebay to get paid for this order. This is your primary payment method. WARNING: As of January, 2021 you should have migrated over to ebay's connected payments. If you have done this, then this payment method should be set to "Credit Card" and not "Paypal". If this is not done your orders might quit syncing.

PayPal Email Address: If using Paypal at all, enter the email address your paypal account is registered with.
Returns Policy: Select whether not you are accepting returns and if the buyer is paying for them or the seller. This option will be set on all of your ebay items.
Click "Update Default Product Options" to save your selections.
