Spark Shipping supports sending orders from any supported shopping cart directly to Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA). When using this integration, FBA is treated as a vendor within the platform.
To automate order routing to FBA, Spark Shipping requires the following credentials:
- Amazon Seller ID
- MWS Auth Token – Note: Amazon deprecated MWS (Marketplace Web Service) in favor of the Selling Partner API (SP-API). If you are setting up a new integration, you may need to use SP-API credentials instead. Please contact support for guidance.
You can add Amazon FBA by going to Vendors > Pre-built Integrations > Fulfillment by Amazon.
After adding the vendor, update the vendor settings. Then proceed to map your products (SKU mapping) to complete the integration setup.
